Fish with Wild Rice
Ingredients:
1 package Vegetarian Plus Fish Fillets
Onions
Bell Peppers
Organic Wild Rice
Organic Baby Lettuce
Fresh Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Vinagerette Dressing
Preparation:
Prepare the wild rice according to manufacturer's insructions.
Toss a salad of organic baby lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes and top with a vinaigrette dressing.
Sauté our fillets with fresh cut veggies, like onions, bell peppers, or squash over LOW heat for 7 - 10 minutes.
Add a garnish of fresh thyme or parsley.
