Steak and Vegetable Medley
Ingredients:
1 package Vegetarian Plus Black Pepper Steaks
Brocolli
Carrots
Cauliflower
Baby Peas
Preparation:
Lightly steam vegetables and blend.
Remove Black Pepper Steaks from plastic bag. Place in a frying pan with a small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Saute over MEDIUM heat for 5-7 minutes.
Place steam vegetables and sauteed pepper steaks
onto dish and garnish with a sprig of parsley or thyme.
