Vegan Black Pepper Steaks

STOVE TOP: Remove contents from plastic bag and defrost. Place in a frying pan with small amount of olive or vegetable oil. Cook over LOW heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.
OVEN: Remove content from plastic bag. Heat oven to 325° F. Wrap Vegan Black Pepper Steaks in foil and bake for 10-12 minutes until hot. Serve immediately.
MICROWAVE: Place the product in its microwavable pouch on a microwave safe plate. Use a fork to pierce the pouch several times. Microwave on HIGH for 2-1/2 minutes. Remove from pouch, and serve hot.
