Vegetarian Chicken Medallions

Our Vegetarian Chicken Medallions are bigger and bolder, with more flavor and a wonderful texture. They are ideal for adult tastes and make great appetizers with your favorite dripping sauce, or a terrific Gourmet Chicken Sandwich Patty.

iconCOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

STOVE TOP: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Place in a frying pan with olive or vegetable oil. Cook over MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes. Turn over and continue to heat for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.

DEEP FRY: Remove content from plastic bag and defrost. Heat fryer to 375° F. Deep fry for 5 minutes or until golden. Remove from fryer and serve.
